We currently do not sell Industrial Rideshop gift cards from our web site. We do however sell Industrial Rideshop gift cards at all of our retail locations. You can redeem Industrial Rideshop gift cards at any retail location but not on the web site. We are working to bring this feature to the web site in the near future.Can I use a Visa or Mastercard gift card on your web site?
We can not process any type of gift card on this web site. This includes gift cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We do process orders with credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.Do you do special orders?
Industrialrideshop.com has over 50,000 shoes in stock and we try to carry a wide selection of your favorite brands like Emerica, Fallen, DVS, DC, Nike, Es, Etnies, Globe, and many more. However, we occasionally may not carry a certain style or color of skate shoe. We do not do special orders, however if we receive an overwhelming response for a specific style or color of skate shoe we will consider carrying it in the future.How do I know you received my order?
After placing an order with Industrialrideshop.com, you will receive an order conformation page with a 5 digit order number listed on it; this means we have received your order. At this time we do not ship overseas. We also do not ship to Canada or Mexico. We do however ship to Alaska and Hawaii.Do you ship to military or post office box addresses?

Your order will usually be shipped out between 24 and 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).
How long will it take for my package to get here?
Your Fed Ex ground order can take up to but not limited to 1–10 business days, depending on how far away you are from our location, how rural of an area you live in, and any other number of circumstance. Fed Ex express orders are Guaranteed to be received by the number of days that are specified at the time of purchase, however Fed Ex Express disclaims that it is not held liable for weather conditions resulting in extended shipping times. You must sign for any package that falls under any one of these 3 specifics.- All orders over $250.00
- All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
- All Fed Ex Express orders (2 Day or Next Day Air)
What if I am not there to sign for my package?
Industrialrideshop.com cannot release the signature service from any of the following packages.- All orders over $250.00
- All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
- All Fed Ex Express orders (2 Day or Next Day Air)
However we can make arrangements for that package to be held at your nearest Fed Ex location.
It says my package came but I don’t have it, what do I do?
First don’t panic. Second do not call Fed Ex, this only complicates the problem and makes it harder for us to decipher the situation and come to a resolution. The solution to the problem is to call Industrialrideshop.com at 1-877-RIDE-IRS and have us handle the situation.Will Fed Ex deliver on Saturday?
All Fed Ex Express orders that have the potential to be delivered on Saturday will be delivered on Saturday to the majority of U.S. cities.How do I go about returning or exchanging my order?
You will first need to fill out the return and exchange form that was included with your package. If you no longer have this form you can download one from here. Once you have completely filled out the return and exchange form, then you will need to box up the item(s) and send to:Industrial Rideshop.com
